I carry my wallet in my back pocket but it’s maybe a quarter inch thick. How much $hit do you guys have in your wallet that it messes up your back? Is it like putting a 2×4 in your pocket? If it is….why?

I didn’t read all the replies…but I knew a couple that started feeling a lot better when they went to a carry bucket for their tools rather strapping on a tool belt every day.

This obviously isn’t for you if you aren’t in the trades, but back pain can come from anywhere it seems.

I was thinking to myself the other day, big picture, if one would be able to quantify how much less back/hip problems there will be in the future due to paper money going out of style, and more importantly no more need for a 1/2″ of wallet sized photos of the family we keep anymore being everything is digital on the phone.

    Bet it would be surprising.

I have had lower back spasms due to bone spurs at my L5S1 disc. Since doing these hip stretches a few times a week after exercising, things have been much much better. Not the “coolest” video, but a good routine.
