The wife is visiting a friend and she brought the little one so I took the opportunity to clean out the garage and throw back 1 or 2 or 10. Hamms of course. Along with cleaning up the garage my main goal was to put away all of my ice fishing stuff which, over the course of the winter had made its own pile in the middle of the floor. Always a sad day when you put away the ice fishing gear for the last time until next year. Here’s to some warmer weather and boating season and many more hamms

Well you would need at least 10 Hamms just to put a little smile on your face! Just 3 Summits will get you to the same happy place!
For sure some sadness for me this ice season. Never got out near as much as I hoped, and this lost weekend that was supposed to be the GTG.
Gear I loaded in the truck…still there, and never came out for ice fishing.
But then I just look forward to pulling the boat out and then hopefully don’t have the same regrets next fall about not getting that out enough.TipUpFishOnPosts: 153February 25, 2017 at 11:52 pm #1676904Did the same this week, ran through the end of season auger maintenance. Ice is my main season so it’s usually depressing. We’re expecting our first little one in June and I couldn’t help thinking about how the next time I pull out the gear, life will be very different in a good way..

fall asleeppass out on almost 3′ of awesome ice with little snow cover on Winnibigosh. Plenty of ice out there boys!February 26, 2017 at 7:10 am #1676916Have the pile on the basement floor with lights blinking on the chargers. Lots of ice up here and below freezing temps for at least two weeks ,still making ice at night, packing the extension along for the auger now… just in case
Could use a bit of snow for the sliders thoughFebruary 26, 2017 at 1:05 pm #1676959over here the ice looks better than expected. not many people out. I’d be out there going for some panfish but the wifes got a bridal shower and a lil one has gymnastics. Hopefully it stays useable or just melts quick. every spring when I air out the fish houses and spear house it feel like I was just taking them out. always a weird feeling being out there end of season with no houses after it was like a village out there

Beer and cribbage boards are the essential items.
