Saturday I ran up to the dam area with Deb Harvey Photograpy for an Eagle Watching Tour.
These photos where taken around 11:30 am.
If a person didn’t know where the current seam between the Y and the Vermilion was, it was easy to see by looking at the boats lined up. I counted 43-45 boats on that side and didn’t even try to count on the dam side.
Reports I heard were minnows did the best although they produced more in numbers they were lacking in size. Plastics were slower but those anglers had better size generally speaking.
Not sure how trolling raps did, only heard of one fella that used them and he was a bit crabby…so I’m guessing he didn’t do too well.
Boats were congregated at the normal places Saturday.
