    Spare ribs that is. Picked up some on sale St. Louis spare ribs, which always makes me nervous, and they turned out amazing. I glazed with a 50/50 cocktail of my homemade pepper jelly and BBQ sauce.

    Meats nice…. But that’s a great looking boat!
