I have a large antique 2 door safe that I didn’t have the combination for. I had the doors propped open for years waiting to get a locksmith over to set a new combination. Yep, you guessed it. Tuesday night I discover the doors closed, safe locked. So, I need to get it opened, I know it can be done I just need to find a real good safe guy. I would think a older experienced guy might be what I’m looking for but………

If you have had occasion to use a safe guy and he is willing to travel to Princeton shoot me a name and number and i’ll give him a call.

    Thanks

Lol. This reminds me of a time at work. I worked in pharma, and we had a large, expensive safe for storage of DEA controlled substances. One day, as I was closing it, the door slipped from my hand and slammed closed a little too hard, which activated a tampering mechanism that permanently locked it. Well, we needed access to those materials daily, so did I feel like a total idiot!

It took a professional the better part of a day to drill that sucker open. doah

sorry i don’t know a any one to help.
But 2 weeks ago a wells Fargo banker and manager locked both keys in the safe and called us, i had to core drill a 30 inch hole in the side of the vault. The bank had to be shut down and police and 24 hour security had to be put back in place. It was a pretty neat job. I could tell you it’s not as easy getting in one of those as the movies show

Triscuit? I think that may be risky. A lot of fiber in that cracker and could create a blow out situation.
Saltine would be my go to. Safe Cracker for sure.

Did you put fake glue to hold the core back in place so we can go back tonight?
