Rumor has it

Someone was playing hookie from work today and blaming it on everything else so he could fire up his smoker!

That’s not what I heard. I was told he was WORKING in the shop where he moves his smoker to for the winter. Actually pulling double duty, installing reman engine in excavator AND maning the smoker. It’s what I heard. Just saying.

all I know is this virus has given myself more days off in the future anytime I get a sniffle.

I got the beer fridge moved from the breezeway/porch – to the garage today. Now I don’t have to walk as far.

Went to Sam’s this morning. It was an experience. Nice to see 1 item limits. Didn’t need much but got some meat for the kids/grandkids. They’re having trouble finding it. Grabbed some frozen pizzas and more junk food too.

Not a single pack of toilet paper in the store. Good thing I didn’t need any. Lots of bare spots in the isles.

As people run out of space for storing (freezer/pantry) their hoarded items, we should see the supply catch back up to norms. I hope so at least.

I’m certain I could give the kids every pound of meat in our freezers and I’d still eat plenty well. Teach a man to fish, right!

I’m telecommuting from the Ella J for the last 3 days and into the foreseeable future.

Working out great to get the finishing touches done before the season starts.
