As I only had an hour before work to fish this morning and had no idea of where I could reasonably expect to catch a walleye in that amount of time, I decided to see what was happening on good old Cessnaiko lake. There were plenty of fisherpersons out there, but for the first 30 minutes the only fish I saw caught was by an Osprey from the middle of the lake (that was pretty cool). I was almost ready to leave when I laced into a nice rainbow (big enough to make supper tonight) and that made me happy- and at least I showed up to work smelling like fish, which was my ultimate goal!
