I can’t get my navionics chip to work on my rt9

If it’s the latest Navionics, possibly some sort of update might be necessary on the tablet? Is this a 1.0 or 2.0?

I have updated it on my computer but still nothing it just shows the free version and I am not sure if it’s a 1.0 or 2.0 how do I check

You may have to turn on the SonarCharts Layer in the RT9 to show the latest contours.
