    MAson…You rock!! Cool catch, cool catch! One you won’t forget. That’s how I got started Carp fishing as a Lil’ tyke.. Never forgot the fight, and still one of my favorite fish to target as a somewhat old geezer.

    Thats what I call them to. Caught plenty north of aitkin where the willow joins the mississippi.

    Here is one from the history photos. If you want to catch Nice Bass you need live bait I was using leeches.

    This was the first gar I’ve caught on the Minnesota in 2 years. It was 26″ not a monster, but added some variety to the day.
