Anyone know the rod blank that TUCR uses to make the Bullwhips? I love this rod.

It’s a custom blank so the answer would be no. I use dh aldente and I prefer that. Besides its more accessible to the public.

call tucr and see if they will sell you the blanks. I would suspect not. They make way more money selling a complete product and I would think they don’t want their product out there with inferior (their standards)components.

You bought a TUC rod? or you bought the same rod blank that TUC uses to build their rods? If just the blank how do you know its the same blank that that TUC uses?

Does the Scheels in the Eden Prairie mall sell you rods? If not is there anyone in the South Metro who does? Your Dealer list on your web site list rather limited Minnesota Dealers. Your Coon Rapids location is a rather long haul North for me. Sure would be nice if you had a few more Dealers scattered around the Metro. I’d love to put my hands on a few different models to decide what model would be best. I have several of your Noodle rods and love them. I think a Bullwhip would be a excellent choice to add but would really love to feel a few different models.

Currently we do not have anymore dealers in the Metro.

Rochester Scheels does too. I know they are getting a rather large order next week.

Bummer. I know you guys sell a ton of rods, but my guess is you would sell even more if it was easier for customers to get a few in their hands to feel. Keep up the good work. They are a excellent product

I’m driving into the Minneapolis area this weekend… have never even seen one of these rods, would like to for sure. Not at all familiar with the areas you guys are talking about. time to look up Scheels, and see where the stores are at.
