Since it doesn’t seem like there’ll be anymore June or July fishing reports I thought it was time to hold out some hope for a good August and fall fishing. It’s kind of like waiting for spring all over again. 
I did walk along the river and notice lots of new eddies and lots of shore fishing possibilities. The spots look good as long as the fish in the area weren’t already washed out to Missouri. I’ll be pulling out the panfish and bass gear and heading up north. See you in the fall.
