Yesterday was a strange day for me on Kosh! No waves, no wind and guess what! No eyes either. The whitebass wouldnt leave me the hey alone and the small norts are hungry too. The water is rising and there is a lot of stuff floating so be careful. The algae bloom is also starting early. I finally just did a little exploring to finish my day and found a nice looking bluegill spawning area. Unfortunately I may have to fight the American Pelicans to get to them!

Algae bloom this early. Yikes. Oh well just have to deal with it. At least you are getting action on the white bass and norts.

So what is the best bait for those pelicans Pretty neat to see espcially when they go for a fish.

    See ya on the water.

Zman – you are seriously out of line here. To compare a pelicans taste to a Bald Eagle or a Musky is just not cool. They taste like Bass! And if fried in seal oil….seabass!

A man with a pelican on his head is not much of a man, but a pelican with a man on his head is some pelican
