Went down to the ford yesterday and cast for a bit. Got a near 30″ slimer and a 18″ saugeye. The little catfish are loaded in there along the powerhouse wall thick. Got both the pike and saugeye on 3″ tomato core twister n minnow dragging bottom. Sick how much trash was scattered around the park. I picked up 3 gobs of line 1 braid and 2 of mono. It would be nice to be able to smash litterbugs hands with a hammer to teach them a lesson. Probably will be my last daylight venture down at the ford now because the circus will be in town shortly.
