The cats out of the bag!!! As you all know Mr. Patrick is a Fin-Tech Fishing Tackle Pro-Staff member, and being that he promotes, uses, and swears by the “Knuckleball Jig” ( FYI; An Excellent Jig in my opinion). What only Jeff knows, until now, is that I recently joined forces with Fin-Tech’s competition, “Bait Rigs Tackle” makers of the “Odd’Ball Jig” We will see as the year progresses which jig lays the strongest foundation and stakes claim as the superior stand up. Good Luck to Team Fin-Tech and everyone else in this years league and tournaments.

See you all on the water!!!

Obviously any staffer is not going to condone his as a inferior product. The post is kind of a mute point. Congratulations on your appointment to a pro-staff! However since you reap the rewards of free equipment your opinion has a bias now.

I really like the slo-poke jig with half a crawler.

Might as well join in on the fracas, and throw in the authentic Z-man stand up jig, made in my garage using the Precision Molds, for almost 15 years. The colors are unmatched in the marketplace, with the original Bears Blue/Orange two-tone being a Rock River and other water favorite, for fibs and non-fibs alike. Using recycled lead and cheap aberdeen hooks, and cheap (free) labor (mine), these go for about a nickel each, unless you’re a guest in my boat, and then they’re free. But sorry, due to the limited supply, they are not available to the general public.

    Couldn’t resist, guys.

Used to like those to. Nice jig that you could hide inside larger sized plastics.

@ Bronzbak, your missing the point a little here. I posted this because Fin-Tech pro staffers will be going head to head with Bait Rigs pro staffers in the Rock River Walleye League. Knuckle Ball and Odd Balls going head to head… get it now?

I’ll use them if you give me a few of your free ones to try. If I like them I’ll buy you a beer at the bar

@nauga in order to win the battle you need to grow a good porn mustache yourself. Then it’ll be a real man’s battle!!

I used to fish more time chasing cats than walleye when I first started fishing the rock. Then I met this guy named Bola one day and it has been all downhill from there.

But honestly that guy shared little tips here and there when I would see him on the water, and watching him made me a better walleye fisherman on the rock, not the best, but better.

I even remember one time he traded me a handful of Knuckle ball jigs for some crawlers while we were both fishing the rockpile. That was my intro to Knuckleballs. He was putting the smackdown on the eyes, then I caught a few shorts too. (insert Knuckleball plug here)

I have to credit Bola with introducing me to Knuckle Ball jigs as well, thanks Bola. Although he must not like me as much as he likes you Diesel, because he called me once while I was on my way to the river and told me he was fishing and was running low on crawlers, so I stopped by the bait store and grabbed him a couple dozen, once I hit the river I delivered them to his boat. No Knuckle Ball jigs for me. Like I said, he must like you more… lol

That’s why I hang around this site, we can mess with each other plenty, but not afraid to share info. I think even once some info I shared helped Jeff, Andy , Greg, Diesel, Netman, Z-man, Pro-Drive to name a few have all helped me out since I got my boat .Got me up to speed in a hurry on trolling too.

THANK GOD I don’t reside in the general public! Z, I’ll trade you some of my blade baits for a few of those Authentic Z’s – I’ll even put gamakatsu hooks on them too

Thanks for the offer, Randy. Don’t know about them Gam hooks though. You left one of those blades in my boat last time we went out, and got one of them suckers in my finger, just trying to get it out of the cup holder. Them babies are sharp, alright!

Holy crap, that would most likely been a #6 EWG Treb

Well if your gonna complain about sharp hooks, I’ll trade you some blades without the hooks then

Not complaining about the hooks, but I don’t see any Bears blue/orange blades in the pic. what’s up with that?
