    Took a drive by on the river today… Pretty well locked up from Jefferson to the lake, although the launch in town looks do-able. Got boat hooked up, gonna hit it Friday morning after work for a while

    We-fish keep an eye on the river, should be there before 11a.

    Thanks for the update. Let us know how things are. Thinking about open water somewhere on Saturday, and was wondering how much of the rock is open. good luck.

    WeFish told me last week that the Anchor Inn launch was iced up,but that the river there was wide open. Does anyone know if that’s still the case, or if the launch freed up by now?
    Prodrive…how did you guys do last week?

    I got out on the river fishing on the 6th of January is about all I can say… had to launch in town and could only fish between the bridges. Had two bites, both missed, in 4 hours of fishing. Tried jig and minnow, jig and moxie, and a plain hook and minnow. Just weren’t biting. Would’ve busted ice up to the Bark but my clutch on my ProDrive decided to start to self destruct so just kept to the open water. Will prolly get parts end of week just in time for winter to hit… would really like to SAFELY get on Kosh ice fishing at least once or twice this year. Good luck if you manage to get your boat wet.

    Tried it for a couple hours from shore along the wall. No bites, no fish but a great day to be out.

    Anyone have any info on the Koshkonong Fisheree ???
