Any one own any of there guns? Debating on grabbing the 1911 as a beat up gun for my work truck. Something that leaves my kimber at home, and then I don’t have to carry one of my glocks.
More curious if they are a reliable shooter or if it’s a waste of money. They are on sale right now for 399 down from 599. The reviews I found online are all positive, but I’m just looking to see if any one here has any real life experience.

I had a rock island 9mm 1911. Was a nice gun and had no issues and wouldn’t hesitate to buy another. Tauras also makes a decent 1911 for the money I’ve never had any problems with mine.

I’ve been very interested in their 10mm for the last couple of years. Almost everything I’ve heard is that they are fantastic for the money and a solid and reliable platform.

Those ones actually feed hollow points well at that price point?

We’ve sold quite a few of them and I haven’t heard very many issues.

I haven’t read anything bad yet, so I’d imagine. A quick Google reviews search has 100s of positive reviews. They are normally 599 on sale at ff for 399 right now. I think I’ll pick one up today and shoot tonight, so I’ll report back. I’ll dropp 100 rounds of target before I try a few hollows

I have been pondering this same gun for the same reason Bearcat. I might have to do the same.

Just blasted 2 boxes through it. I was expecting a few hiccups and I only had 1 within the first mag. 1 issue in 100 rounds is very good for a brand new gun. I’m happy.

I have a Citadel .45 and never had a problem with it. The RIA and the Citadel are
both produced in the Philippines & distributed by Armscor.
They are very similar. The grips are checkered on the Citadel and I think the sights might be different.

A buddy bought a citadel American flag one. He abuses it and it just keeps shooting.
