DNR speaking at Walleye Searchers meeting

    Kevin Stauffer from the Lake City DNR will be speaking at the Walleye Searchers monthly meeting on Monday Feb. 7th at 7:00 PM.at the Elk’s Club in Rochester, MN. 1652 Hwy 52N.Hillcrest Shopping Center. The presentation will be on the “Habitat and Fish Community Trends at the Head of Lake Pepin” along with a question & answer session with whatever the group would like to discuss. The meeting is open to the public and anyone interested is welcome to attend the presentation.

    DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO GET TO THE ROCHESTER ELKS LODGE
    1652 Hwy 52 North

    Coming into Rochester from the North on Highway 52:
    Take the 19th Street NW Exit
    Turn left at top of ramp and once on the bridge get into the right lane
    Proceed to Assisi Drive (about a block) and turn right
    At the next light (1 block) turn right again onto the frontage road.
    Take the first driveway (left) into the Shopping Center and you are there.

    From the South on Highway 52, Take the 19th Street NW Exit
    Turn Right at top of the ramp
    Proceed to Assisi Drive (about1/2 block) and turn right
    At the next light (1 block) turn right again onto the frontage road.
    Take the first driveway (left) into the Shopping Center and you are there

    Coming from the West on Highway 14,
    As you approach Rochester, Get in the left lane to exit to Hwy 52 North
    Follow the directions above for From the South.

    Is this the annual recruiting meeting with the raffles that Jason Helfen and Keith K. spoke at last year or is that coming up later this spring?
