Fishing the marinas in Wabasha…

    Has anyone been on either of the Marinas in Wabasha. I’m curious as to how good the ice is, and if there’s been any northen bite yet.

    Last year we had real good pike action in mid-March… the ice might not last that long this year.

    I was over that way today. The ice is still in good shape. Sounds like the fishing is not real good right now, although it had been producing some panfish. I have not heard of a good bite for northerns yet.

    Again, gee, I must not be living right. I worked all day today while you fished huh?! Some people have it soooooooooo rough! lol. And I don’t even have a computer at work as they took that away many months ago so I can’t check up on you that way either.

    Thanks for the info Mike. We’ll probably hit the river in RW then. I’d rather be out in the boat than mucking around in 6 inches of slush on the ice.
