    a little bug spray… a few crankbaits.. and darkness = fish-on!!!

man its like the fish gods just turn the light switch on at night. fire tiger rapalas, and shallow running shadraps are getting smashed.

heres a trio that was caught thurs night right at dark… and we have a mystery guess as well….. the genteleman to my right, i have not a clue who he is but we share one common goal… sporting big smiles. as i handed my camara to a passer by’er ,this guy just hopped right on in … way to cool and funny. after the photo he ran to his trunk, tossed me a bottle water and diappeared into the darkness.
if ya can get down to A.L. do it right at sunset, cause im on my way after i press … submit lol!!!

I have been having some luck during the day time on Fountain lately too. High noon and flow + cranks is working. I was really surprised at the first walleye, by the third it was a pattern. Nice 19-20 inchers.

I knew the eyes had to go eventually. I witnessed what the dnr had in their nets, it was impressive to say the least. Something like 40 walleyes per gillnet. In comparison most

“decent” walleye lakes have about 10 per net.
