chester woods any good for bass??

i caught about a 4# Large mouth out there through the ice 2 years ago……the biggest bass i had ever caught up to that point. that is the only one that i’ve ever caught through the ice out there. although i can’t say i’ve ever really targeted them through the ice, unless you count jigging waxies on a teardrop as targeting them .
