The Faribault area lakes will likely be the best area to snoop out night biting fish. Most everything around Rochester and here in the SE corner will have a mud/dark bottom and night bites get hard to come by consistently.

Foster Arends Lake has been giving up fish at night in deep water but most of them are bluegills. But you can find the crappie mixed in at times. Pay attention to your flasher as it is your underwater eyes to see what depths the fish are at. On some nights you will catch some trout too and oon thers none. KR7 has been putting out fish too but they are small, but fun. Wherever you choose be sure and give us and update on how you do.
