Thanks for the post Bill. We had a great turnout with 34 contestants at Willow Creek. I’ve heard a lot of buzz going about the upcoming SCR event, so it should also be a good one.

People can PM me if they want additional information.

Can you tell me where the Willow Creek Reservoir is? I have searched online, but I can’t find it. Thanks!

Take hwy #63 south to 48th St South exit. Turn right and go west til you come to the ”beginning” of the golf course and turn left [south]. Go to the top of the hill and take the 2nd right turn and go to the end of the road and you will be there. You are allowed to drive down the little road to the lake to unload your stuff but then have to drive back up the hill to park as the lower parking spot right at the lake is for handicap only parking. Good luck and please be sure to let us know how you do.
    Thanks, Bill

You are more than welcome Tyler. Please feel free to talk about the tourneys here anytime you want bud.
Don’t know how many I will be able to make as the Saturday ones are on the weekend Nates wife works so I am watching my grandkids [Nates kids] so he can fish them. Nate said the turnout was great and of course they are alot of fun to fish. Its a great way for people to learn different bodies of water as you can be out there and see where everyone is fishing.
    Thanks, Bill

The next event is Saturday Jan. 3rd at Silver Creek. Tourney hours are 8-11:30. Be there earlier to get signed in. Nate Cadwell will be running it this weekend and he will probably be in a gray Shappell 2 man portable ice shack.
    Thanks, Bill

VERY tough bite. No northerns that I’m aware of. 30 mile an hour winds had some ice houses blowing around alittle.
    Thanks, Bill

Yep, it was Monday night. Can’t remember who took first but Nate took 2nd. Crappies were real hard to find but some small ones did find their way to the weighin. A few nice trout were caught too.
    Thanks, Bill
