couple dumb questions
All who eat fish will agree nothing tastes better then fresh caught fish from that day that has not been fozen.
However, there are those occasions when one has to freeze them.
I never have put the fillets in just a zip lock baggy.
However, place them in a container, like a large Cool Whip container and filled it with water so they are in a solid block of ice.
First question, how long can one keep them frozen like this before loosing any quality or taste?
Second, I have also heard that to assure freshness and flavor, some will freeze the fillets in milk.
Any truth to that claim?
