Here is some info as posted by HOF on a different channel.
There will be a Lake Association Meeting on Tuesday, May 13, 8:00 PM at Fisherman’s Inn. There are scheduled reports by DNR Fisheries, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA), Rochester Public Utilities, Zumbro Watershed Partnership, Sheriff’s Dept., and Lake Restoration Committee. Also, Ray Romon is planning to report on his assessment of changes in lake depth from 2005 to 2007. Ray is having a lot of trouble with his computer but hopes to have something to report that night. Those meetings are open to the public and I recall that anyone with an interest in Lake Zumbro can join the Association.
I think this would be a great opportunity for the anglers to voice any concerns and ask questions. I encourage as many as possible to attend this meeting.
Mike has outlined this well and I can only say that if anyone has some questions regarding this intended action, they set that Tuesday evening aside to attend this meeting. There are some very critical issues that need to be brought forward for these people to answer to….something that they have thus far managed to avoid doing up until now.
