    We had 1 brave soul (me) today. The weather was a tad bit chilly! The crappie bite was difficult. This was the final event for the 2007 open water series. A big thanks to everyone that participated!!!! I’ll be looking at ways to improve the format for next year. Feel free to send your comments or ideas to me.

    Congrats bud. You deserved it. [but gee…you mean I could of took 2nd by just being there and catching only one fish. Been so darn busy getting things ready this week for some company moving in with me for awhile [no, not a lady friend either, lol] and dealing with things at Mayo concerning after surgery issues that I didn’t get everything done that needs to be done by this morning to fish. You have worked hard to run these events for 6 months every single week bud so that alone earns you the most deserving person to win and sure enough you did. Two years in a row bud. Way to go.
