The high water slowed the crappie bite way down but the bluegill bite is still hot. Fish near structure whether it be downed trees, stumps etc in fairly deep water about 7 feet down straight lining Mini-mite jigs. If bite slows then add a waxie. There was alot of debris floating last weekend and the clearer water was from just before the entrance to Ryans bay on down towards the dam. It was changed to a no wake later Saturday due to the high water.
Thanks, Bill
ps. The fishing was still good and with the ”no wake” you got real good gas milelage.
