    Good Morning. Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend and are/will be out catching some fish [a neccessary thing to do for us anglers, ]. Where are you going or if you read this after you get back then where did you fish at? What techniques will/did you use? What did you catch? Come on guys, doesn’t have to be a big catch either. Please feel free to share how you did/didn’t do. After all, we ALL learn from what did and what also didn’t work. Summers here and that alot of people are on the water fishing so please feel free to join in and swap ideas, techniques, and plain o’l good old fashion fishin talk. You will be surprised what you can learn from someone elses sharing. And that means someone else can learn from what you share. Where are you going? How did you do? What did you catch?     i went fishing in my head bill i caught lots of huge crappies it was fun but when i relized i was driving i had to quit and focus on the task at had as for next weeking i shall be down on the river helping with the arm event and then hopefully getting some shore fishing in around everts there

    Just got back from my first venture to Gamehaven. What a hike that is from the Scout parking lot on a warm day like today. Took the 12 yr. old neighbor boy and we started fishing about noon. Sunnies were hitting all colors, live bait and powerbait and plastics. They were steady for the first hour or so and then disappeared as the smallies moved in. The “little guy” was still using his ultra-light set-up and tied into a 4 lb. smallie (get a pic on the site soon). Nice 2-3 minute battle, definitely made the day to see his ear to ear grin when it got to shore. Caught a few more sunnies and hit the road.

    Hey Bill you just gave me an idea!!! Im going flathead fishing, didn’t have anything to do tonight so im leaving right now to get bluegills for bait. I’ll post when i get back if the sites still on because of maintainence. If its not i’ll post in the morning,,,later!
