wind

What is with this wind all the time? I took a couple minutes this morning real early to hit up Foster for an hour. The wind was nil when I left the house, but in my five minute jaunty, it was blowing hard enough to mess up my hair when I got out to the pond….and I don’t have any hair. Long casts, light lures, equates to turn around a forget the process.

Is it me, or does it seem like the wind has an issue with us this year?

Tom this spring has been so full of wind its crazy. No end it seems at times. I have heard others complain too so we aren’t alone in getting sick of it.
    Thanks, Bill

You know it’s been windy when the forcast calls for 15 mph winds and you think that’s pretty good. It’s amazing when you look at the week ahead and see 12-25 mph listed for most of the days. Been way too windy this spring!

I really dislike anchoring, but that seems to be the only resolve to this constant blow. I suppose that when we get into the August heat and we like to die for a breeze it will be so calm that feather fluff will look like itis neutrally bouyant.
