    i went out to foster this mourning for like 20 minutes and i was way under dressed and the wind was blowing hard so there for it made it hard to make a decent cast with my spinner and my guides kept icing up i would say i made about 100 or so cast with no luck i stared where the fence went down by the beach and worked my way over to the dock the water was up a bit and there was ice in a few places i think i may have to give it another try if the winds die down to day and the wife lets me but atleast i got to see the water
