I have Easter plans back in SoDak on the Missouri..

Can we purchase tickets in advance and still be eligible to win prizes, or do we have to be present to win.

    Tyler,

Sorry you’ll miss the event but a day of fishing is an acceptable reason. We set things up for on-site only. Keep us in mind for next year.

Is the Eagles Club and Beetles South the same place? Anyone have general directions for someone not as familiar with Rochester? See you all there Saturday!

Everyone says the Eagles but that poster says Beetles. Am I correct when I say its at the Eagles Club?
    Thanks, Bill

I understand the confusion as Beetle’s has opened up a location within the Eagles club in SE Rochester.

So it is at The Eagles club in Se Rochester near Cub foods right off Hwy 14 E.

Directions: From Hwy. 52, take the Hwy. 14 E exit. Take 14E east. (Towards apache mall/cub foods.) Turn left on 15th ave. SE. Arrive at 917 15th ave. SE.

It IS NOT AT BEETLES ON 2nd st.

The fundraiser was a blast! It was a huge success and went off with out a hitch. We were sold out and ended up making a great donation to St Jude!

I would like to say Thank You to the committee and everyone involved for putting on a great event.

I also want to thank Randy Brock for emceeing the event! He did a spectaculor job.

I haven’t been over to this board in a while, so a little tardy on a response to this.

This event went VERY well!!! A lot of money was raised for a VERY good cause. That is the MOST important part of this. THANK YOU to everyone who participated!

What a ton of great stuff!! The folks that put the dirty work into organizing this deserve a standing O! (Get your mind out of the gutter Gravenhof!) They put a LOT of time and effort in to this and I’m so glad for them that it paid off. I look forward to the event next year!

    Thanks
    Chuck
