    Had to drive out to check things out and here is a few pics of what I found. This pic is from Fishermans Inn looking Northwest toward Posters Point. The open water is only on the far right side as you can see.

    Heres a pic of the other side of Fishermans Inns point on the southeast side. Thats open water with some ice in the bay across from there.

    This pic is the open water area out from the entrance to Kings Marina. They bay where Kings Marina is still has some ice.

    This is a pic of the ramp at Fishermans Inn. As you can see its iced in but is breaking away from shore finally.

    Thanks for the update Bill. Any idea of the time it takes for the DNR landing to open up after the Fishermans Inn? No current to eat away at it so I’m sure it takes a little time.

    I wish I knew. My guess is going to be April Fools Day. Lets hope I’m FOOLED and it opens up BEFORE that.
