Lake Zumbro:
The fishing continues to be very good – even excellent some days! The shorelines and bays are producing some nice crappies and bluegills. Small jigs like mini-mites tipped with a waxie or plain hooks with minnows should produce fish. Northerns, bass, and catfish are also being caught.
Foster Arend Lake:
Some real nice trout are being caught. Minnows, powerbait, waxies on small jigs, nightcrawlers, small spinners, small rapalas are worth trying. Some smaller crappies and sunfish are coming on crappie minnows or worms.
Chester Woods:
Nice crappies and bluegills are being caught. Try minnows or mini-mite jigs tipped with a waxie.
