5 LB. Record Black Crappie

    Guess what I’m doing Saturday. Nope, no 5 pound crappies but the crappie action on Lake Zumbro is heating up pretty good and this year I promised myself I would not miss the excellent spring crappie fishing on Lake Zumbro. Many years ago when Nate was young we always fished the spring crappie bite on Lake Zumbro and then got away from it due to chasing eyes on the Mississippi River. This year I’m going to enjoy the FUN of multispieces fishing that the Rochester Area has to offer. Yes there will be Pool 4 eyes mixed in but its going to be an adventure with many kinds of fish.

    I would be excited to catch one half that size. That’s the great thing about fishing, you never know what your going to get on your next cast
