    It’s kinda weird…..I used to live in Roch and couldn’t WAIT to get back down fishin on the river……Now I live ON the river, and can’t WAIT to get back to Roch to fish on the Zumbro!!!!

    Thanks for the report Bill…….1 1/2 more weeks and I’ll be there!!!

    Bill, Sounds like we got a week or so of calm waters before Jake returns. Better hit the water quick!!

    Doug, especially those muskys [remember Jakes famous musky post a year ago] so if you want to do some musky fishin you better do it now before he gets back. Just goes to show how good a fishery Lake Zumbro is. Sure, just like any other body of water, you will have your good days and your bad days and it means ”time on the water” to find better fish but the more time a person puts on a body of water the better they learn that body of water. With gas prices so darn high and they will get worse I hear it makes Lake Zumbro to be ”the” spot to fish alot this year as its so close to home. Only 12 1/2 miles from my driveway to the boat ramp. See ya on the water.

    Don’t worry about Jake. If he’s still involved with the opposite sex his days on the water will be limited.

    Good one. But true as a year ago he would be in Rochester on alot of weekends to fish Lake Zumbro. Jake needs a woman who loves to fish then he gets the best of both worlds.
