    Got the boat out today, Well the little one. For the river. Did Bass Camp today with wildfan, Fished ringworms on the channel edges.,21fow or so, Got some nice eaters. Not bad for the first trip

    Thanks for the report and pics. Looks like alot of fun and nice temps too. I haven’t fished down there for years. Nice place with lots of wingdams right accross from Bass Camp.

    Yeah,that was a good fight for a sheeeepy.
    We had a great day out on the soft water and up until that sheephead we were catching nothing but walleyes.
    The best color today was 3/8 ounce red jig head with a firecracker ringworm or k-tail.
    Hope to be back out on the miss. again real soon.

    Hey Doug, looks like you guys done good. Nice report and great pictures. Bass Camp doesn’t get the publicity it used to. Kind of an overlooked potential hot spot. On the Wisconsin side at the end of the dam there is a small bay that runs away from the main channel. We used to nail some big crappies during the spring. Keep us informed.
