HOF is looking for someone with a flexible schedule to work mostly weekend hours, plus maybe a few hours during the week once in a while. Knowledge of fishing is necessary!
Duties include running a cash register, credit card machine, fishing license machine. Also, selling merchandise, cleaning, stocking, and putting up with guff from some of the other old employees.
You would be working in a fun environment and would need to be able to work independently.
If interested, please come in to get an application. Starting pay depends on experience.

    Good Fishing,
    Mike

Dang Mike…..Now you’re going to start paying your employees?

Heck, and to think I was just in it for the discount on the minnows

Pay based on experience? If Putz and Briank fill out an app, your going to go bankrupt Mike.

Jake, Mike said he pays people to WORK, not just sit around and eat green worms.
    Thanks, Bill

No worries Mike, Putz takes his salary in Lutefisk and I in large suckers….

But I don’t know how your customers will take aliking to “Ode to Lut” on a Friday afternoon after Putz has a couple Blatz…

Sorry for running away with your help wanted post.

But you did say a “fun envoroment” didn’t you?

My wife would probably eat all the lutefisk before Putz could get at it – she loves the stuff!
I don’t think most of my sucker minnows are large enough for you Brian, but we could work on that. I won’t comment on the rest, but don’t forget that we have Mr. Fischer around here!

    Good Fishing,
    Mike

    “Will work for Lutey”

Glad to hear you married up, Mike. That would be a fun job but I can’t run a cash register.

She is a he, and cute is not in the first several words that come to mind….
Competitors huh? We have the best bait, latest information, best selection of tackle. Why go anywhere else?

    Good Fishing,
    Mike

There are some smells that even a bait shop is not allowed to have!

    Good Fishing,
