Willow Creek was friendly today.

Had a couple of hours to kill, so decided to spend it out there. I must admit, I was impressed. The numbers and size was very nice. I used a new jig that Mike/HOF introduced a few weeks ago. Liked the looks of it and thought for sure it would be a panfish producer. Soft plastic body with a feather tail. I can’t even remember the name of this product, but I want some more. Couple other gentlemen also were plucking em out on a regular basis. The new jig would catch fish alone, but if you tipped it with a waxie, then BANG. Fun day. Didn’t keep any, let them all go.

Thanks for the report Bud. Must be nice to be able to sneak away during the week and catch some fish while the rest of us slay away at work. Yes, I’m jealous.
