    Jake and Andy ”Thanks” for taking this to a private e-mail to continue discussing this. I ask that ”WE ALL” follow their lead and do the same. This all started as a joke/fun on Jakes part, and nothing wrong with some fun, but its starting to turn ugly and I don’t really believe the reason that this is happening has anything to do with Jakes post. I think it goes much deeper than that. We ALL, people and different fishing sites, need to get along and stick together sharing and helping others enjoy fishing. After all thats what we are all here for. This and another matter is keeping me off the water and I plan to get some fishing in this weekend. With that said I hope this will come to rest so I don’t have to delete the ”thread” entirely. Thanks in advance for everyone letting this go to rest. Thanks, Bill

    I’ve given this some further thought and my intention was not to mudsling and I apologize for my comments which did that. I was not happy to see the comments when I came across them this morning and acted out of anger. I will try to not do this again and ask your forgiveness. Since Andy and Jake are going to resolve this on their own, I hope we can just let it die.

    You are MORE than forgiven my friend I’m sure. We all get ruffled when we see or hear of something that concerns what we all love so well-fishing and the waters they live in. And the same when we feel a friend has been treated unfairly. And that love for fishing is what bonds us all and each fishing site together for the best. Can you imagine the strength fishermen/fisherwomen would have if we all took a stand together for fishing, cleaner better fisheries and shorelines and habitat. Can you imagine how much every fisherperson could learn and pass on to others if we all [people and fishing sites] got along and concentrated on sharing of fishing information and experiences.

    Hey Jake ,Don’t worry about being booted from that other site.I was booted about a year ago and so were two other people I know,We were booted for simply asking a question.
    We have seen the other “CRAPPIE” guy fish and you would have nothing to be ashamed of,because this person should practice what he preaches.
    I enjoy this site because of more truthfull information and the fun that is had here.
    Keep up the TFC and hope to see you out on the water soon.

    Snarky,I was just stating a fact.Yes we were booted from the other site because we simply asked were a former moderator was.Instead of just telling us he was no longer on the site anymore they booted us.
    Sorry if you think that I fanned the flames but this is how that other site works.
    If that site worked like this one they would not have so many people leaving.I just got peaved that they would do this to Jake as he did not have this coming.

    Bill,

    Let me make one thing clear. I am neiter “with you” or “with them”. I am simply an avid angler who likes to fish and share information. I have had the opportunity to discuss issues with both Jake and Mike offline and felt comments that have been written no longer needed to be in the public’s eye, hence they were deleted. Your site has its positives and negatives as does the other. Right now I just need to take a break from things.

    Thanks Andy. As far as I’m concerned I much prefer to look at it as there are no with me’s and no with them’s. We are ALL fishermen and we ALL love to share information to help others enjoy their time on the water more. That should bind us all together into a big fishing family who loves to fish. I try to get along with everyone and want to consider everyone a friend. Please feel free to come onto this site as often as you want. Everyone is welcome here and no I am not trying to steal you from another site by saying that. I’m just trying to be a friend and welcome you. Again Thanks Andy and I hope to see more of you.
