Mike had a chance to sell the south store a year earlier but the guy who approached Mike and asked him if he would sell it was going to turn it into a different kind of business. Mike didn’t sell it to that guy because Mike wanted to see it remain a Bait Shop [even though it mean’t competion] so people on the south side of town still had a place close to go to for their bait. Thats the kind of guy Mike is. He really cares for his customers.
