Hey Bill i am hoping too be at that seminar monday and i am going too join the club this year. My question is my work might keep me from going too that meeting, and i understand the teams will be drawn for the first club tourney that evening? If i cant attend i would like too contact someone ahead of time, i understand that too be the proper procedure? Who would be the best person too contact? If i also understand correctly in that first tourney as a “rookie” i would get too choose my partner is that correct also? I have a pretty nice rig but im actually hoping too not use it in any tourneys, im looking forward too fishing in other peoples boats and seeing how their rigs are set up and too learn a bunch of new stuff about fishing the river.

The drawing for the first tournament will take place at the regular meeting the first Monday of tthe month which will be April 4th. If you can’t attend a meeting just let an officer know or another member who is going to be at the meeting know that you want to fish and have them put your name in the hat for the drawing. Yes new members fishing their first tournament can pick their partner. You and your partner can decide whose boat you will use, yours or your partners boat. Walleye Searchers is a very good Club and a very good way to learn more about fishing and fishing the river. Hope to see you join. Lots of fun. Our speaker is a top PWT Pro who lives on pool 4 of the Mississipi River.
    Thanks, Bill
