Dangerous Condition for parking at Finger Lakes

I posted this on two other websites but today another vehicle casualty! At the Pioneer Campsite area where people park on the grassy side opposite the campsite, which is a hill area leading down to the launch area, there has been three vehicle crashes because the area is glare ice! On ATV, one car, and one Toyota truck with Texas license plates that is still at the bottom! All vehicles crashed into the trees at the bottom. I have e-mailed the DNR to put a sign up there. Do not try to even park at the top of the hill on the side of the lakes. Trust me! JJ

Thanks for the heads up on this. Is there a place where people can park that they won’t get into trouble for with land owners?
    Thanks, Bill

You can park along the road. Just don’t go anywhere near the hill! Thanks for the heads-up JJ!

    Good Fishing,
