So where was the 38 degree and no wind weather we were expecting today? Today I had to pull some tricks out of the bag to coax the old bulls to bite. Once the lure presentation and bait was established you could pop some nice fish. Lure of choice today was extremely large rembrants or rockers with extremely large bait. Just enough jigging to coax them in and a steady hand would ice some nice fish. Didn’t see much of the crappies today but there is always tomarrow, the big bull in the picture went right on the 10 inch mark. Tight lines #5

OK Joe, you have peaked my interest, care to share where you popped those nice fish?

    Hey #5,
Nice slabs, just the ones I was after last Sunday.! Any problems with the large bait and smaller fish picking it to death?

    Slab..
