slow at chester woods today

    I took the daughter out fishing for about 4 hours this afternoon at chester woods. Very slow. we only caught 1 average sized sunny in 4 hours. I’ll try again tomorrow. Troy Pike

    Hey Troy,

    How much has the water come up there? Once the water cools, the fish tend to move a little deeper and move away from the shore.

    the water was about 4 inches higher. I tried everything yesterday and going back today. A bad day fishing is still better than a good day at work!!! Troy Pike

    fished at chester woods for about 4 hours this sunday afternoon. Only caught 1 panfish. I tried using power bait cat fish bait. The blood dough stuff. Has anyone had any success with this stuff? The elusive catfish have skunked me so far. Troy Pike
