Are the White Bass going on Pepin?

Has anyone seen white bass activity on Lake Pepin? Any particular areas?

hey mike. dont know about lake pepin but the whities are slammin the 3-ways on the river. in the bring-a-friend tourney we probably caught 12 in like 20 minutes, and some were monsters. the shad are jumping like crazy in the shallows and i think its from those white bass. hope this helps.

Was out last Thursday by Maple Springs and had a blast with them. I just followed the gulls. Was going to fish smallmouth there but ater got started with whites I kind of forgot the smallies. Had the new pole Mike made for me earlier this summer. What a sweet rod. Was useing a 1/16 jig head with the new swim fin body by culprit. I’ll just say it was a great day.
