Don’t know about you………..

I don’t know about you, but tonight I had a supper fit for a king. Went out to Game Haven and caught a few nice bluegills, enough for a nice meal.
Bluegill fillets, seasoned with a little salt and pepper. Fresh sweet corn, soaked in butter and more salt.
A soft, fresh warm dinner roll, again with lots of butter.
Plus a nice crisp salad with French dressing covering the entire top. The of course, my favorite beverage to wash it all down.
Hey, would rather have this meal, then the fanciest that Michaels Resturant has to offer.
Life is good, if you only know where to look and find it.
Prime panfish time is approaching. Go out and make yourself a dinner fit for royalty like I did today.

And to think that now you have another excuse to go back out fishing as you are out of fish. Ah shucks, its a hec of a job but somebody has to do it. Right? I thought so.

Boy, sure does sound good – and I’m sure it was!
We are very lucky to have a number of good fishing waters right around Rochester!
Some of the best fishing of the year is just around the corner.
