are white bass good eating? caught a bunc of them today at fishermans inn afetr we hit up macs park place. just wondering because i swear i had it at my freinds once but they look like little suckers to me.

White bass are very good. It is a good idea to remove the red meat which is right under the skin, because that tastes a little strong.
