Anybody out in the Rochester area?

    Any ice reports for the area? Should be making great ice with all the cold weather and now maybe a little snow on top to make for easy walking. TIA.

    Was out at Silver Creek on Sunday. Found a good 8″ out there. As usual, lots of small perch and 1 crappie…If anybody hooks onto the bottom 1/2 of an 8″ blue mora hand auger give me a shout! She fell off after my 1st hole!

    Was also out at Silver Creek on Saturday. Lots of perch, but only a couple worth keeping. Plenty of ice to walk on and little bit of snow helped the footing. Will be out there again this Saturday.

    Speaking of Silver Creek, anyone have a link to a topographic map of that resevoir?

    I tried to find one on the MNDNR Website without luck. It It would be helpful, but I am assuming that the depth ranges from 9-15 for the majority of the lake.
