After work on wed. I took the bike and trailer packed with my fishing gear to fishermans Inn. I got there about 11:30 pm and left around 2:00 am. I was using chicken liver at first with no luck, then switched to the trusty ol’ night crawlers. Caught 2 small sheep head and a small bull head. Then it started raining………time to head home. Troy

Thanks for the report! Some days the fish don’t cooperate as well as other days. Just gotta keep trying!

    Good Fishing,

Thats what makes it so nice about Lake Zumbro being so close. You can go fishing on a body of water that size without having to drive very far. A quick fishing fix I call it. Thanks for the report. Keep em comin! We all learn from everybodies sharing. Its getting a fishing report and/or seminar just a click away. And we all help each other and we all become better fisher people from it.
    Thanks, Bill

HEY!!!! I was out there cat fishin last night also. We were fishin a SHALLOW bay (1-2′) with smashed up cut suckers. Had a flurry of action around 9:45-10pm, with two missed hookups and a decent 5# 8oz’er makin to the boat. Also lost something at about 10:30 that absolutly HAMMERED the bait, but for some reason decided to jump in the air (?) and through the hook . have no clue what that might have been .

But anywho, nice night to be out (coulda been just a tich warmer). Talked to a guy pulling out of the landing at 11:15ish that had a bucket full of some dandy crappies (in the dark?) .

Thanks for the report Jake. Does your Dad ever get to use that boat? I know, dumb question. Of course not!
    Thanks, Bill
