Hey Mike, Mike F. says you sneaked out of work today and he didn’t know where you were. Does that mean you headed for Lake Pepin again??? If so, it must if been all those dreams of the big one that got away. Did you get him today?

No, I didn’t go fishing yesterday. Had some other duties to attend to. You gotta remember that just because Mike Fischer doesn’t know where I am, well, I’ve done a good job of hiding! He always seems to track me down anyway.

Next opportunity for me to fish will be next week. The fish should still be in the same spots!

Errands that don’t involve fishing stink. lol. I’ve been having alot of them lately with trying to get my 24 year old carpet and lanoium [sp] replaced and some doors and kitchen drawers replaced/fixed too this year as I’m way over due on that. Hate it when it takes away some time that could of been spent on the water. With all the back and neck problems this past year I have spent only about 10 % of the time I normally spend on the water so far and its driving me crazy. This site helps to keep me sane as we’re talkin fishin here but I need to get off the computer some and get on the water more before I go nuts. Its an addiction that I ”love”!!! I’m watching my grandson this weekend plus will be at my daughters in Northfield on Sat evening and at my older daughters in Lake City Sunday. She will help me paint and put trim up in the bathroom tonight so by the time this non water weekend is over I will be craving for a fishing fix. Yes, we need to catch some fish next week. Lake Zumbro should be open by then. Thanks, Bill
