The winners for last week are Bojangles for his bass fishing post and tips, and Sgt. Rock for his picture of his son holding the musky. You each win a package of B-Fish-N Tackle K-grubs. Please stop into HOF to pick up your prize.

Now for week 3! The water is high, but the fishing is still good. No need to stay home and clean the boat cause the fish are still eating. Submit your tips or pics either in this thread or any thread on the Rochester forum. The prizes for week 3 will be a 25 count package of B-Fish-N Tackle Ringworms.

The In-Depth Angling decals have arrived. All current Rochester forum members may have a decal for free, and any new members simply need to make a post to qualify for a free one. Decals may be picked up at HOF.

    Good Fishing,
    Mike

Hey Bojangles, which color did you pick out? Mike, got plenty of the ”hot” color plastics that Bojangles picked out since he sure seems to know the bass on Lake Zumbro. Can’t wait to read his next bass fishin report. [hint hint]
    Thanks, Bill

This is a great idea guys so I will jump in with a couple of tips about casting crankbaits for walleyes. The first tip is to try using Fireline when casting crankbaits to tree lined shorelines because if you overshoot your cast into a tree you have a better chance of ripping it out of there since Fireline is alot stronger than mono. Tip # 2 is not to give up on getting a strike as your crankbait nears the boat on your retreive as some strikes occur at the very end of it and without much warning. Hey Mike. I will stop by HOF for my In-Depth Angling sticker soon. Good fishing everyone!
